How do I book a Demonstration Class?

For a Demonstration Class pleasecontact us and then we can put your appointment into the classschedule. The Demo classes take about 30 minutes and they are free ofcost.

 

What costs will I have in addition tothe course fees?

Your own internet access and charges.

 

What are the costs of theprograms,SKYPE, YAHOO MESSENGER and MSN?

The costs for these programs are free.Their use from PC to PC is also free.

 

How much do I have to pay for theequipment?

You will easily find sets for around 30Euros. Expensive equipment doesn't mean that it will be any better.You might find good headsets and cameras at a cheaper price.

 

Is it difficult to install theequipment?

Actually all of the systems have beenprepared to install the software and hardware automatically, so youwill face no problems.

 

What do I do if technical problemsappear during an online class?

Our teachers are experienced and willhelp you to solve the problems. In the case of a power cut in Indiathe remaining lesson time will be added to the next lesson.

 

Can I use a different method of payingfor my classes instead of using Paypal?

Of course this is possible but Paypalin our experience provides the best solution for both sides. You needto open a Paypal account to use their service. If you want to sendmoney through your bank or through another service, then the costsfor the transfer have to be borne by you.

 

Are classes given at the weekend?

Yes, we offer Hindi seven days a week.English classes are given from Monday to Friday.

 

The lessons which we provide are basedon the possibilities which are offered through SKYPE and otherMessengers. We can choose between Voice, Video and Text Chat for ourlessons. If we face technical problems with Voice Chat, we can useText Chat instead which is also a necessary part of learning aforeign language. This does not mean that the quality of our lessonis reduced. It is just another teaching method. In this situation,there is no reason for us to refund payment to the student.

If the class is completely interruptedby a power cut then we will add the lost time in our class to thenext class, or we can repeat the whole class on another day.

The classes can be cancelled by thestudent at least one day before the booking. If classes are cancelledon the same day of the class then it should be only for an emergency.Otherwise the student needs to pay for the class because the classtime can be offered to another student.
